William Harold Rogers, Jr., 91, a long time resident of Irving, died Sunday, April 12, 2020 at Avalon Memory Care in Irving, Texas. William was born May 12, 1928 in Amarillo, Texas to the late William Harold Rogers and Margarite Hoover Rogers. He served in the Merchant Marines, Naval Reserves and earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering. William was a member of the Elks Lodge. Preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Rogers in 1993 and brother James Rogers. He is survived by his son David Rogers of Irving; daughters, Darlene R. Casey of Flower Mound and Karen R. Williams and husband Charlie of Irving and five grandchildren. No services are planned.
