WILLIAM C. MILLER, JR., age 88, a resident of Irving since 1952, died Monday, April 13, 2015 at Baylor Medical Center at Irving. Born August 20, 1926 in Dallas, Texas, he was the son of William Carl Miller, Sr. and Frances Walden Miller. On October 15, 1945, he married Doris Dema Roberts in Dallas. William was employed at LTV for 37 years. He was Baptist. Preceded in death by his wife, Dema, on August 21, 2012; son, Bruce Carl Miller on July 19, 2012; and two sisters, Wilma and Frankie, survivors include his daughter, Debra Lynn Steadman and husband Brian of Valley View; son, Gregory Charles Miller and wife Rosalyn of Irving; six grandchildren, Taylor Miller, Mason Miller, Blake King, Dakota King, Amanda Miller and Nealy Cox; several great grandchildren; and brothers, Jim Miller and wife Johnnie, Sam Miller and wife Judy and Bob Miller. Visitation will be held 7:00-9:00 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Interment service is 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 17 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway in Dallas.
