Wilhelmina Willie Palpal-latoc, 85, a resident of Irving since 1973, died on Monday, October 23, 2017 at a local hospital. She was born in Santo Domingo, Philippines on October 6, 1932. She is preceded in death by husband, Cresencio in March 1983 and is survived by son, Ehmanuel Palpal-latoc of Irving; daughter, Suzanne Palpal-latoc of Austin; granddaughter, Christal Palpal-latoc of Anchorage, Alaska; and great granddaughter, Semajaya Palpal-latoc also of Anchorage. Willie was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Dallas. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. just prior to the funeral service on Friday, October 27 at 2:00 p.m. at North Mausoleum Chapel at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas.
