Vickie Rae Shook, 78, of Irving, Texas, passed away February 7, 2023, in Irving, TX and was immediately ushered up to the gates of heaven. Born October 23, 1944 to Virgil and Beulah Chase in Oklahoma. Vickie married Russell H. Shook with whom she had 3 daughters. During her adult life she achieved her Associates Degree and worked as a Computer Programmer. Vickie spent her free time playing hymns on the piano and was a seamstress and made many clothes for her children. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Lorrie Rodgers, Chris Brooks and Becky Ogle; sister, Lee Lovelace; and her grandchildren, Kyle Shook, Jordan Rodgers, Kodi Brooks and Emily Ogle-Clinton and husband Colton. She was preceded death by her parents, Virgil and Beulah Chase, her husband Russell H. Shook and her sister, Sandy Snyder.
