Thomas Jack Clifton Head, Jr., a resident of Irving, Texas for over 30 years, died on Sunday, July 10, 2016 in Irving at the age of 86. Born April 18, 1930 in Greenville, Texas, he married Linda Barry Kindred on September 7, 2002. He worked in customer service for CITI Bank and later for the US Government. He was a member of Beltline Road Church of Christ in Irving. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Clifton Head, Sr. and Jewel Isabell Hooten Head Fedrick; his step-mother, Lilabelle Head; daughter, Manette Ann Head; brothers, Billy Jack Fedrick and David Head, he is survived by his wife, Linda Kindred-Head; children, Thomas Clyde Head, James Richard Head and wife Debbie, Dwayne Gregory, Carol L. Head Gandolfi, and Joshua Orain Head; stepchildren, James Allen Martin and wife Sherry, Frank Weldon Martin, Jr. and wife Leslie, Deanne Lynn Robinson and husband Fred, Shelley Lynn Robins and husband Ronnie, David Lee Kindred and wife Myra, Debra Elaine Gomez and husband Scott; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Ron Head and Buddy Head; sister, Myrtle Jo Boston; sisters in law, Margaret Briggs-Head, Billie Joe Prince and Levern Fedrick. The family received friends on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Beltline Road Church of Christ. Don Hatch and Jerry McKey officiated. Jack was buried with military honors at Parkdale Cemetery in Arlington.
