The Tucker familys world was suddenly and irrevocably turned upside-down. On February 17, 2021, during the Texas Snowstorm, Ted was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. He had suffered a severe cardiac arrest. During transport, his heart stopped for 6 minutes. He was admitted and placed on a ventilator while the doctors did all they could to heal him. Tragically, on February 26, 2021, Ted Tucker, beloved husband, and father was abruptly taken from those who treasure and love him. At the age of 32 years, he leaved behind his wife and daughters, aged 3 and 9 years, as well as his large extended family who miss him dearly. To those who know him and love him, his passing has left an enormous hole in their hearts. All the messages of support are a testament to all the lives he has touched. Teds proudest accomplishment was his family. Ted loved his family deeply.
Born September 9, 1988 in Irving, he graduated from MacArthur High School. He and Hailey have known each other since 2007. He had served as a warranty representative for a local home builder. He loved to fish and hunt and loved his German Shepherds. He is survived by his wife Hailey Perry; his two daughters, Harley and Harper; his father Rhett Tucker and wife Lonnie of Irving; and a brother Jett Tucker of California.
Plans are being made for a memorial celebration of his life at a later date.
