SYBIL ANN GRIFFIN, age 74, a resident of Irving for 51 years, died Monday, January 30, 2012 at home. She was born August 7, 1937 in Durant, Oklahoma to parents, Cleave Dewbre and Ramona Miller Dewbre. On October 1, 2006, she married Rev. Billy Griffin in Red Oak, Texas. Sybil was a member of the Church of God. She is survived by her husband of Irving; daughters, Cindy Bragner, Teresa Hurtado and husband Gary, all of Irving, Jana Stork and husband Chester of Rockport; six grandchildren; one great grandson; brother, Bill Dewbre and wife Drewe of Double Oak; and numerous loved ones. Memorial service is 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 3 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Carroll Allen officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
