SUSAN HALLIDAY HOWELL, age 65, a resident of Irving for 31 years and Director of Materials Management at Irving Community and Baylor Medical Center of Irving for 30 years, died Friday, March 23, 2012 in Dallas. Born July 26, 1946 in Dallas, she is the daughter of the late Thomas Wyatt Halliday, Jr. and Josephine Owen Halliday. Survivors include her mother of Irving; a brother Tom Halliday III and wife Trish of Matagorda, Texas; sisters, Patti Vaughn of Irving, Julie Conley and husband Dic of Lindale, and Janet Gouldthorpe of Tyler; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and many special family and friends. The family will receive friends at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 W. Airport Freeway in Irving 6:00 8:00 p.m. Monday. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel.
