Stephen G. Reynolds passed away on August 9, 2023, in Irving, Texas. He was the son of Veronica Mai Reynolds and J. Ray Reynolds. Steve was born on March 2, 1958, in Irving, Texas. He is proceeded in death by his mother. He is survived by his father, Ray Reynolds of Irving: sister, Monica Rinehart and husband David of Garland: sister, Barbara Reynolds of Irving; and brother, David Reynolds and wife Sabrina of Irving. He is also survived by nephews John David Reynolds and his wife Heather, Michael Rinehart, Phillip Reynolds and nieces Frances Reynolds and Katie Rinehart. Steve enjoyed participating in Boy Scouts and football during his middle school and early high school years. After obtaining his associate degree from Northlake Junior College, Steve was employed in the air freight industry until health problems required him to retire. After retirement, he volunteered for over 18 years at Baylor-Irving Hospital. He was a practicing Roman Catholic and regularly attended services at Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church in Irving. The viewing is from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday August 16, 2023, with a Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home of Irving located at 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday August 17, 2023, at Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church, 2323 Cheyenne Street, Irving, Texas with interment following at approximately 1:30 pm in the Belew Cemetery 9500 Belew Road in Aubrey, Texas.
