He was born on November 3, 2024, in Dallas. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Colonial Funeral Home of Irving Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062. Father Alfred Garcia will officiate the service. Sebastian is deeply loved and will be forever cherished by his parents, Francisco and Debanhy Rivas; his sister, Angelique Sarahi; half-brother, Frankie Rivas; half-sister, Natalie Rivas; grandparents, Miguel Obregn, Elizabeth Marines, and Juana Rostro; aunts and uncles, Miguel Obregn, Jr., Bryan Obregn, Mario Rivas, Blanca Rivas and Jairo Rivas.
