Russell Henry Shook, 74, or Irving, Texas passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 peacefully in his home. Born October 21, 1942 to Harmon Emory and Sibyle G. (Miles) Shook in Portland, Oregon. Russell attended Oklahoma State University and worked for many years in the freight industry, retiring in 2006 from Con-Way. He is survived by his loving wife Vickie and canine companions: Little and Katy; three daughters: Lorrie Rodgers of Coppell, Becky Ogle of Coppell and Chrissy Brooks of Bedford; four grandchildren: Kyle Allman, Jordan Rodgers, Kodi Brooks and Emily Ogle; mother Sibyle Cundiff of Shawnee, Oklahoma; sister Carolyn Hodge of Florissant, Colorado. Predeceased is his father Harmon Emory Shook and step-father Clarence Lyle Cundiff. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75060. SERVICES Graveside Service
