In Loving Memory of Rosario Cuenca Totengco

October 6, 1946 – July 9, 2026

Rosario was born on October 6, 1946, to Leon and Leoncia Cuenca, the eldest of nine children. After earning her nursing degree, she made Irving, Texas her home, where she and Tomas Castillo lovingly raised their four children: Catherine, Rodino, Cynthia, and Jonathan.

As a dedicated nurse, Rosario spent her career caring for others with the same compassion and generosity that she showed her family and friends.

She always extended love and prayers to her sons and daughters-in-law who returned that same love to her. Stacy, Dan, Selan, Rebecca, Leanna, and Anthony.

Later in life, Rosario married Ramon Totengco. Together they shared many wonderful adventures and created cherished memories until his passing in 2010.

Rosario lived a life grounded in her deep Catholic faith and found her greatest happiness in spending time with her family. She treasured the close bond she shared with her siblings and was especially devoted to her grandchildren, who brought immeasurable joy to her life:

Edwin, Reid, Zuzu, Hudson, Savannah, Jackson, Jonas, Railynne, Kye, Ryan, Rease, and Rosaleigh.

Her kindness, strength, unwavering faith, and love for her family will be remembered always. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
