RONALD LAVON MYRICK, of Irving, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at home. Born September 5, 1936 in Dallas to Flay and Beatrice Myrick, he graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1955. He received a bachelors degree from the University of North Texas in 1959. While in college he met his wife of 52 years Anne Atwood Myrick. Ron later had his own accounting practice in Irving for more than 25 years along with multiple rental properties. He is survived by his wife Anne Atwood Myrick of Irving; oldest son Randy of Granbury and his wife Michele and grandson, Heston; also survived by his daughter Lori Seale of Dallas; youngest son, Ed Myrick of Frisco; brother Danny Myrick and wife Mary of Wolfe City; sister June Bryan and husband Geron of Stuart, Oklahoma; and brother Dennis Myrick and wife Sheila of Oklahoma City. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
