Roger Don George, 49, of Irving died Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Baylor, Scott & White Medical Center of Irving. Roger was born in Lubbock, Texas on December 2, 1971 to J. Don and Gwen Rogers George. He was a member of Calvary Church in Irving. He was preceded in death by his father J. Don George in October and his sister Vanessa George in 1972. He is survived by his mother, Gwen George; sister, Valerie Jones and husband Kerry of Irving; a brother, Rodney D. George and wife Kim of Irving; nieces and nephews, Lesley and husband Rev. Michael Jarboe of Houston, Lacey Cunningham and husband Cody of Houston, Austin Jones and wife Emily of Katy, TX, Justin Jones and wife Lupita of Brooklyn, New York, Lizzy George and Grant George; Aunts and Uncles, Peggy Sims and husband Randy of Ruidoso, NM, Patsy George, Ann and Garry Page and Sandra Dickson of Granbury, TX. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family will have a private service and burial at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
