Robert E. Bob Josch, age 78, a lifetime resident of Irving, TX, died November 1, 2012. Born August 21, 1934 in Dallas, to Martin and Agnes Douglass Josch. On July 5, 1980, Bob married Frances Buchanan in Dallas. He retired from the US Navy after serving for 34 years and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Martin Josch and sister Dorothy Stanco. Survivors include his wife Frances Josch; sons, Robert C. Josch and wife Susan of Irving and Lawrence T. Josch and wife Lin of Grapevine; step-daughters, Naomi J. Seidmeyer of Henderson, Texas, and Becky Murphey, and husband Brian, of Irving; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm on Monday, November 5, 2012 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 9:30 am, Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the funeral home chapel. Rev. Msgr. Robert Rehkemper will officiate. Burial will follow at DFW National Cemetery, 11:30 am, Lane C. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers association.
