RITA BUETTNER, age 72, a resident of Grand Prairie, Texas for six years, formerly of Irving, died Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Medical Center of Arlington. Born November 25, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of George Thomas Bollam and Evelyn Mabel Bergsma Bollam. Rita was a member of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn Dawes and husband Cliff of Grand Prairie; son, Phillip John Buettner, Jr. and wife Patricia of Arizona; grandchildren, Kaycee Buettner of Arizona, Cari Barratti and husband Brian of Kansas, and Delta Winningham of Lake Dallas; great grandchildren, Cody Brooks, Darby Winningham, Ashlee Barratti and Kyle Barratti; her nieces and nephews; and best friend, Margaret King of Irving. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2012 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving.
