Richard Melvin Henry, born Dec. 18, 1934 - died July 10, 2020 at Town Hall Estates Nursing Home. He is predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Patsy Henry. He is survived by a daughter, Sheryl Young and husband, Bob, a son Randall Henry, grandchildren: Clinton Young and wife, Christine, Aaron Young and wife Celia, Madison Henry & Bryson Henry. Richard was a reservist with the Irving Police Dept. for 25 years, as well as having served in the Naval Reserves for 12 years as a flight engineer. Richard retired after 25 years with Gifford Hill (now known as LeHeigh Hanson) as a Project Manager. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, private family services are being held. Burial will be in the Bells Chapel Cemetery in Rocket, Texas.
