Ramon Galvez, age 44, a resident of Irving, Texas for 11 years, died Friday, October 29, 2010 at home. Born September 20, 1966 in Zaca te Colucas, El Salvador, he was the son of Ramon and Teresa Cruz Galvez. Ramon was a construction contractor. Survivors include his wife, Gladys Hernandez; children, Nancy Guardado and husband Jose; Corina Galvez; Mara Teresa Galvez; Ivan Velasco and Alonso Velasco, all of Irving; grandchildren, Ramon Galvez Guardado and Anthony Guardado; sisters, Maria Diaz, Hilda Hernandez and Ana Rosas, all of Irving; and brothers, Julio Galvez and Misael Galvez, both of California. A visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 1, 2010 at Iglesia Cristiano Exaltando Acristo, 1313B West Airport Freeway, Irving, TX. The Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at the church with Pastor Eriberto Canizales officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery in Euless, Texas.
