Rachel Perkins Paty, 88, of Irving, died on November 8, 2018 in Duncanville, TX. She was born on November 26, 1929 in Winnsboro, Texas to William Wright and Floye Mae (Green) Perkins. Rachel is preceded in death by her husband Charles Kerwin Paty; son, Robert Paul Paty and daughter Martha Ann Paty. She is survived by her sister-in-law Bobbie Paty and husband Tom of Dallas; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends from MacArthur Boulevard Baptist Church and Oak View Baptist Church where she was a long-time member. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 14th from 6-8 p.m. at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062. Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6000 South R. L. Thornton Freeway (Interstate 35), Dallas, TX 75232. Dr. Jim Gerlach will officiate. SERVICES
