PENNY CHARLENE FITZGERALD, age 53, a lifelong resident of Irving, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at a Dallas care center. Born November 9, 1962 in Dallas, she was the daughter of Charles C. Fitzgerald, Sr. and Lucille Hampton Fitzgerald. Penny was preceded in death by her mother in 2005 and by her brother, Jerry Thomas Watson. Survivors include her father, Charles Fitzgerald; sisters, Juanita Perkinson and husband Doug of Southlake, Barbara Maenner of Houston, Sundy Darlene Ziggenfusc and husband Billy of Irving; brothers, Jimmy Watson, Jr. and wife Gaylene of Grand Prairie, Charles Fitzgerald, Jr. and wife Cathy of Garland and Steven W. Fitzgerald of Irving; as well as several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 15 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Boulevard in Irving.
