Peggy Marie Cowen, 84, of Irving,Tx, passed into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Monday, November 1st, 2021. Born on May 15th, 1937 in Dallas, TX she was the daughter of the late Raymond Boyd and Mary Louise Dunn. Welcoming her into Heaven were her parents, husband, Raymond Edward Cowen, sisters, Norma, Dorothy, Catherine, and brother Raymond. Peggy loved the Texas Rangers and hated the New York Yankees, a margarita on the rocks, marching to the beat of her own drum, and spending time with all of her family and grandkids who were her pride and joy. Peggy is survived by her loving family: Daughter, Moni; Sons, Russell Cowen and daughter in law, Cindy; Tracy Cowen and wife Cynthia; Grandchildren, Jordan Muse and husband Ryan, Alex Cowen and wife Brandy, Neely Trotter and husband Shane, Reed Cowen, Cole Cowen, and Cade Cowen; Great Grandchildren, Ace and Brix Trotter, Oaklyn Muse, and Quinn Cowen; numerous nephews and nieces, and loving friends. A visitation will be held from 6:00 till 8:00 PM, Sunday Nov. 7th, funeral services Monday at 11:00 AM, both at Colonial Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas. SERVICES
