Paula Carol Brown, was born June 29,1945, in Harriman, TN. She was the daughter of Paul and Nelia Baxter Reeves. She passed away Friday, January 5, 2024 at the Dallas Methodist Hospital. Paula was a beacon of strength. She appreciated life's simple moments and was devoted to her friends and faith. She enjoyed attending church, watching westerns, and drinking warm cups of coffee. She was always the best dressed in any room, and there was never a close second. She is survived by her brother Gerald; two daughters, Tonya and Carol; six grandchildren: Michael, Nicholas, Amber, Heather, Courtney, and Chance; and two great-grandchildren, Connor and Cooper. Her funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the Colonial Funeral Home of Irving Chapel. Rev. Dennis King will be officiating. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 13th at the Dawson Cemetery in Dawson, TX. Family and friends may visit Friday, January 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
