PATRICIA L. CHAPLINE SHERIDAN, age 59, a resident of Irving, Texas for 10 years, formerly of Adena, Ohio, died Monday, October 18, 2010 at her home. Born April 2, 1951 in Wheeling, West Virginia, she was the daughter of George Bowers and Bertha Starkey Bowers. She married William Sheridan May 12, 2001 at Kwai, Hawaii. A homemaker, she enjoyed photography and horses. Preceded in death by her father George Bowers, survivors include her husband William of Irving; daughters Talitha Barath of Kemp, TX, Christine Bennett of Adena, OH, and Trish Chapline of Irving, TX; her mother Bertha Bowers of Adena, OH; sister, Mary Meyers and husband Bill of Barnesville, OH; brothers, Jerry Bowers of Columbus, OH, Gary Bowers and wife Corbey of Bridgeport, OH, and Glen Bowers of Barton, OH; and six grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to any Humane Society. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road at Bethany Pike, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003 (304) 232-2732 where services will be held 12:30 p.m. Saturday with Rev.
