With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nubia Socorro Chavez on March 29th ,

2025 at the age of 68. She was born in Managua, Nicaragua on November 15th, 1956.

She was a beloved wife, mother and friend to all who knew her.

Nubia was known for her unwavering love, kindness, and strength. She was a devoted

homemaker creating a warm and loving home by putting her family first. She is in our

hearts and we will smile when we think of her.

She is survived by her husband, Cesar, her children John and Marjorie, and her

granddaughter Sophia. A memorial service will be held on April 11th at 5pm at Colonial

Funeral Home of Irving. A burial will be held privately.
