Manuela (Nellie) Mancillas, Born Sept. 27, 1923. Left us on February 17, 2018. Nellie was preceded in death by her parents, Braulio and Herlinda Lopez Quinones, brothers, Liborio Quinones & Pedro Quinones, a sister, Isabel Beltran and her husband, Phillip Garcia Mancillas. She is survived her brother, Adan Quinones; sisters, Hermenia (Minnie) Cluke, and Apolinar(Opal) Gonzales, all of Waco, Texas. Her children, Ernest Mancillas, Olga Lopez, Virginia Hollings, Phillip Mancillas Jr., Luis Mancillas, Diana Beard and Cynthia Mancillas. Nellie is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grand Children and numerous nieces and nephews. Nellie grew up in Waco, Texas. She moved to Dallas shortly after her marriage in 1948. In 1961, Irving became her home until her move to Round Rock, Texas in 2016. She had been a member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Irving. She was most happy spending Sunday lunches cooking for her children and grandchildren. SERVICES Mass of Christian Burial
