NEDRA ROBBINS, age 68, a resident of Irving, Texas for 50 years, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at home. Born July 13, 1942 in Sulphur Springs, Texas, she was the daughter of Floyd and Nellie Bloodsworth Morehead. On August 6, 1960, she married Ronnie Robbins in Dallas. Nedra was a member of Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving. She was preceded in death by her grandson, John Anthony Robbins; her parents; sisters, Doris Skinner and Gail Hysinger; and brother, Elwin Morehead. Survivors include her husband, Ronnie; sons, Glenn Robbins and wife Jean of Carrollton, Mike Robbins and wife Karen of Irving; grandchildren, Lauren Robbins and Preston Robbins, both of Irving; step grandson, Jeremy Stephenson and wife Kelley; step great grandchildren, Joshua and Julia. The family will receive friends at a visitation to be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2011 at Donnellys Colonial Chapel with Rev. Ken Branam officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
