Nathy Mubiome Mafuta, of Irving, died on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at the age of 35. She was born on September 21, 1981 in the Democratic Republic of Congo to Damas Mafuta and Therese Kasongo. She is survived by her husband, Guylain Kavuanda; daughter, Audrey Kavuanda; mother, Therese Kasongo; six siblings: Cora Mwenze, Yves Mafuta, Marco Mafuta, Yali Mafuta, Karel Mafuta, and Raissa Mafuta. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 31 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 1.
