Moya Marie McPherson, 92, a resident of Irving since 1952, died Friday, July 14, 2017 at her home. Born March 15, 1925 in Dallas, she married Frank McPherson, who preceded her in death in 1995. A life member of Texas PTA, the Metroplex Glass Club, a member of the Spouses of American Defenders of Bataan in the Corridor and American Ex-POWs, she also was a member of St. Stephens Presbyterian Church and Woodhaven Presbyterian Church in Irving. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy McPherson-Probst and husband Darrell of Irving; son, John McPherson and wife Eve of New Braunfels; grandchildren, Mimi Probst-Taylor and husband David of Plano, Mac Probst and wife Kylie of Fort Worth and Michelle McPherson-Cefaratti of Clear Lake; great grandchildren, Emerson Marie Taylor of Plano, Luca Cefaratti of Clear Lake; many extended family members; and her beloved cats. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 17, 20l7 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Irving Humane Society. SERVICES
