MICHAEL STROUD, age 42, a resident of Frisco, Texas for 6 years, died Monday, April 9, 2012 at home. He was born May 8, 1969 in Kokomo, Indiana to Richard and Dorothy Groet Stroud. Mike owned and operated Dimples and Dandelions since its beginning in November of 2004. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Stroud, they married September 2, 2000 in Coppell, Texas. Also surviving are his children, Colton, Kaeleigh and Adelynn Stroud, all of Frisco; parents, Richard and Doll Stroud of Kokomo, IN; parents-in-law, Mike and Linda Magee of Sunnyvale; brother, John Stroud and wife Wendy of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina; as well as many other family members and close friends. Service is 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 13 at The Village Church, Dallas Northway Campus, 3877 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas with Pastor Steve Hardin officiating. Burial to follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 12130 Peaceful Lane in Frisco. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
