It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Michael P. Linn, 64, of Irving, Texas. He passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Baylor, Scott and White Hospital in Grapevine, TX.

Michael was born on July 14, 1962, in Shelby, TN. He was the son of Charles Linn and M. Elaine Goodner Linn.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Genevieve Goodner; father, Charles Linn and his uncle Jim Goodner. Michael will be deeply missed and by his mother, M. Elaine Linn, his brother, Eric Linn, his aunt Jean Goodner and a special friend, Rabbi Frank Joseph.

Michael was a special education teacher for 20 years at the Irving High School. He had a passion for the outdoors.

His family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
