Mary Alice (Sullivan) Victory, age 74, passed away peacefully in her home on March 1, 2018. She was born on April 2, 1943 in Janesville, Wisconsin to Raymond and Alice (Zimmerling) Sullivan. Her family moved to Texas when she was still very young, and she grew up in Grand Prairie as the youngest of four children. She married the love of her life, Warner Doyle Vic Victory and together they created a home and raised two children, Deborah Paige Vic Victory and Mark Warner Victory. She was preceded by her beloved husband, her parents and her two older brothers, Danny Sullivan and Rodney Sullivan, as well as two of her granddaughters, Destry Kinnard and Summer Victory. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Rae and Dean Philpott, sister-in-law Arlene Sullivan, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gayle and Helen Victory, her daughter as well as her son and his fiance, Lisa MacAndrew. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jacob Kinnard, Jasmin Victory and Max Victory. Mary was a lifelong homemaker and helpmate to her husband. During their long and happy marriage, they traveled the world from Europe to the Caribbean. They worked together to build a business and a home for their family. She was an exceptional gardener who took great pride in her beautifully landscaped yard, which she maintained herself for much of her life. She was a devoted grandmother, who loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing games, watching movies and most of all, enjoying endless conversations. Those conversations will be greatly missed. She was a caring friend and mother, always determined to be there for those she loved. She took great comfort in her belief in the love of God and her faith in her savior, Jesus Christ. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 at 11am at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. SERVICES
