MARY FRANCES EDWARDS OLLAR joined her family in Heaven on Friday afternoon, May 1, 2015. She was a highly successful Stay-At-Home Mother and Grandmother. She passed away at Cherokee Rose Nursing Home in Glen Rose, Texas which was her home for over a year and where she made many friends. She previously had lived in Irving, Texas for 67 years. She was born March 16, 1925 in Seagoville, Texas, the daughter of Earl and Bessie Melinda Smith Edwards. She was married to Hubert Maison Ollar July 23, 1940 in Dallas. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Coppell. Preceded in death by her parents,Earl and Bessie Edwards; sister, Earlene Chapman; brothers, C. D., Eugene, Clinton, Floyd, Lawrence, and Royce Edwards; and her husband Hubert Ollar in 2002, she is survived by her children, Jo Ann Luttrull and husband Ron of Granbury, Carolyn Lueck and husband Jerry of Irving, and Brian Ollar and wife Shelly of Grapevine; seven grandchildren, Jeff Luttrull and wife Robin, Lisa Luttrull, Chris Rogers and wife Dana, Amy Newton and husband Lee, Jason Rogers and wife Jen, Mason Ollar, and Matthew Ollar; twelve great grandchildren, Caroline Luttrull, Kylie Luttrull, Kendall Luttrull, Ryan Felton, Maddie Felton, Allie Rogers, Lauryn Rogers, Carson Rogers, Ethan Astorp, Katy-Riley Rogers, Payton Rogers, and Jaycee Rogers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2015 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with her nephew Rev. Terry Chapman and grandson Jeff Luttrull officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
