MARY ANN LANKFORD, age 57, of Keene, formerly of Irving, Texas died Saturday, June 5, 2010 at the Emery J. Lige Hospice House in Fort Worth. Born January 2, 1953, she was the daughter of the late James Mack Lankford and Yvonne Dela Houssaye Lankford. She attended MacArthur High School and lived in the Community Living Concepts Group Home for over 25 years. A spirited champion, she won many awards in the Special Olympics program. She was Catholic. Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Sharon Beyer of Irving and Carolyn Dickinson of Flower Mound; and three nephews Sean Dickinson, Mike Beyer and wife Leah and Kevin Beyer. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Monday at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Glen Baker of Community Hospice officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
