Margaret Brownlee Henderson, 92, a resident of Irving since 1961, died Sunday, August 18, 2013 at her home. Born March 21, 1921 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Allen Everett and Mary Esther Henry. She attended Tulsa University. She married Hubert L. Shorty Henderson May 5, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death October 19, 2006. A homemaker, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority and Plymouth Park United Methodist Church. Survivors include sons, Dan Henderson of Sunnyvale, California and Lee Henderson and wife Jenny of Lafayette, Indiana; granddaughter, Natalie Henderson; and a sister, Dorothy Grieves. A viewing will be held at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving 1:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday at Plymouth Park United Methodist Church, 1516 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Burial will be at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1:15 p.m., Friday.
