Lucille E. Skaggs of Irving, died on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the age of 98. Born June 3, 1918 in Billings, Missouri, to Leo and Laura (Arndt) Harter. Lucille was a secretary. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Wade Skaggs and daughter, Mary Lou Cox. Survivors include four sons, Pat Skaggs, Joe Skaggs and wife Elaine, David Skaggs and wife Sherry, Mike Skaggs and wife Carol; 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. The family received friends on Sunday, December 18 at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services were held the following day in the Funeral Home Chapel. Celebrant was Deacon Ron Morgan. Lucille is buried at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas. Memorials can be made to any charity of choice.
