LEE FRANK HOLLINGSWORTH, age 86, a resident of Irving, Texas since 1961, died Thursday, October 14, 2010 at his home. Born August 19, 1924 in Fairfield, Alabama, he was the son of Willis Ward Hollingsworth and Nellie Caroline Young Hollingsworth. He attended college in Chicago, Illinois. Trained as a medic in the U. S. Army, he served in the Philippines during World War II. He was an office manager for Chase Metal Services in Dallas for many years. Survivors include sons, Russell Hollingsworth and wife Rosemarie of Irving, Randall Hollingsworth of Irving and Richard Hollingsworth of Washington; daughters, Rhonda Cordona of Fort Worth and Linda Nieto and husband Rudy of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 11 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home, 7:00 9:00 p.m. Monday, October 18, 2010. Inurnment with military honors will be 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery.
