LARRY DAN GWINN, age 54, a life-long resident of Irving, died Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Baylor Medical Center. Born May 4, 1960 in Dallas, Texas, he is the son of Lloyd L. Gwinn, Jr. and Beth Creed Gwinn. Preceded in death by a brother, Mike in 1971 he is survived by sons, Travis Jackson of Lewisville, Jake Jackson of Flower Mound, and Ethan Bennett of Frisco; a grandson, Parker Jackson; his mother Beth Gwinn of Irving; father and step-mother Lloyd and B. J. Gwinn of Irving; sister, Gina Vandeman and husband Craig of Irving; brother Steve Gwinn of Lewisville; niece Chloe Gwinn; and nephews Cameron Cam Gwinn and Caleb Fletcher. The family will receive friends 6:30 8:30 p.m. Monday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Plymouth Park Baptist Church, 1714 N. Story Road in Irving. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
