Graveside services for Kenneth L. Reamy will be 2:15 PM, Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Pastor Garry Page will officiate. Visitation for friends and family will be Wednesday 11:30 am until 1:15 pm at the Colonial Funeral Home of Irving Chapel, 606 W. Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas. Kenneth was born January 31, 1934, in Alexandria, Virginia to Harvey Dale Reamy and Hazel Elanor Ale. He passed away at his home in Irving, Texas. Ken was number five in a family of twelve children. He served his country in the Navy and after discharge he worked for American Airlines for 39 years. He was very involved with his grandchildren and proud of their accomplishments. Ken loved working in his yard and helping his neighbors. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, sister Katherine Hammock, six brothers Harvey, Robert,Thomas,David,William and Gregory. Left to cherish Kenneths memory is the love of his life, his wife of 62 years, Gail Kremer Reamy; his children, Beth Peterson and her husband Steve and Kenneth David Reamy and his wife Colette; grandchildren: Alexis Durocher and her husband, Corey, Mackenzie Peterson, Morgan Peterson and Mark Urbanski. Also survived by brother Donald Reamy and sisters, Susan Ayub, Connie Dean and husband Tom.
