Kanyeba "Nicole" Kompany Kunda, 57, a resident of Arlington for twelve years, died Sunday, June 27, 2021 at an Arlington hospital. Born June 28, 1964 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, to Talaja and Tudinabu Kabamba Kompany, she moved to the United States about 30 years ago. She was a case worker with the U S Department of Health and Human Services. Formerly a resident of Grand Prairie for about 10 years, she attended the School of Jesus Church. Survivors include her husband Eay Kunda; four sons, Gabe Kunda and wife Karina Kunda, Michael Kunda, Daniel Kunda, and Elyon Kunda; thirteen siblings including 9 in the Congo and four state-side Stella, Titus, Laurette, and Gideon; and one granddaughter, Camilla Kunda. Ms. Kunda's funeral has been moved to Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, Colleyville, Texas
