Juanita Smith, age 92, passed away April 8, 2023. She was born July 28, 1930 to Clarence Boyd Mulloy and Doris (Richie) Mulloy in Meridian, MS. A longtime Irving resident she resided in Bedford, TX these last ten years. Juanita will be remembered as at faithful member of Kirkwood United Methodist church in Irving as well as an ardent supporter and member of UMW. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Smith and her sister, Eva Mulloy. Juanita is survived by daughters, Kathleen Saxon and husband Alan, Beryl Olivit and husband Keith and Sharon Szabo and husband Mark; grandson, Cory Scott Holbrook; granddaughters, Cara Leann Levenson, Whitney Lauren Detwiler, Kacey Lee Szabo and six great-grandchildren. If desired, donation in Juanitas name, may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday April 13th at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel.
