Jose Erasmo Montealvo, 41, a resident of Irving since 1985, died suddenly Saturday, July 17, 2021 at his home. Born November 29, 1979 in Mexico, he is the son of Raymundo and Maria Montealvo. He married Isabel Varela August 23, 2003 in Irving. He was a customer care representative specializing in home warrantees with Lennar Homes of Irving. He attended Christ Church in Irving. Survivors include his wife Isabel of Irving; two sons, Aaron and Diego; his parents Raymundo and Maria Montealvo of Irving; a brother Robert Montealvo of Dallas; three sisters, Rosa Montealvo and Alma Montealvo, both of Irving, and Maria Timmins of Dallas; his maternal grandmother Prisca Rivera Flores and maternal grandfather, Adrian Flores; and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Colonial Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm on Monday August 9, 2021. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday at Christ Church, 1750 E. Airport Frwy. Irving, TX 75062. Burial to follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. SERVICES
