John Hall, a long-time Irving resident, died on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the age of 68. John was born on November 12, 1948 in Abilene, Texas. He was a member of the Heart of Texas Model Aircraft Club and worked as a manager for Rochester Gauge in the Aerospace industry for over 40 years. John is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Sue Brown-Hutto and a sister, Rebecca Howerton. He is survived by his sister, Mary Frances Williams and husband Ken of Kerens, Texas; nieces and nephews: Greg Lehrer and wife Elizabeth of Little Elm, Jill Johnson and husband Mike of Irving, Jeff Robinson and wife Cindy of Frisco, Keith Robinson and wife Mary of Tolar, Jamie McGlone and husband Billy Bob of Kerens; six great nephews and two great nieces. The family received friends on Friday, April 7th just prior to the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, Irving, Texas 75062. Dr. Jim Gerlach officiated. Burial followed at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, Irving. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the humane society in your city.
