John Russell Blackburn, of Dallas died on Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Plano at the age of 65. Born May 8, 1951 in Harlingen, Texas to Raymond and LaDelle (Davison) Blackburn. John is survived by wife, Robin Blackburn of Dallas; son, Justin Blackburn of Lake Dallas; grandsons: Korbin and Tyler; sister, Sharon Davis and husband John of Dallas; sister-in-law, Sheryl Lovett. A memorial service was held at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home on Friday, September 30, 2016. Pastor Miguel Lopez officiated. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
