Joelle (Philpot) Roddy, 45, of Irving, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018. Born in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, she was a life long resident of Irving, Texas. She was an eclectic individual who loved many types of music and to shop and browse through thrift shops, garage sales and the mall, always on the lookout for a new purse or set of sun glasses. Joelle leaves behind her loving family, including her beloved children: Dakota Wayne Roddy of Fort Worth and Joslyn Paige Roddy of Flower Mound; father of her children Garry Edward Roddy, II of Flower Mound; loving parents Suzanne and Bruce Wayne Philpot of Galveston; sisters: Tina and husband Daniel Camunas of Carrollton and Deanne and husband Erik Forrest of League City, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Charlotte Arthur and Uncle Melvin Arthur and wife Beverly. Visitation will be held at Donnelly's Monday, February 26, 2018, 6-8 PM.
