JESSIE L. BOYTER, age 76, of Irving, died Friday, July 13, 2012 at his home. Born November 10, 1935 in Shreveport, Louisiana, he was a retired security supervisor. A U S Air Force veteran, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kay in 2005 and by a sister Martha. Survivors include his children, Kathy and John Sokolowski of Illinois, Carrie and David Carmichael of Irving, Nancy and Rick Teames of Hurst, Patty and Tony Ali of Irving, David and Dorothy Vaiciulis of Missouri and Tim Vaiciulis of Irving; a brother Wayne and wife Linda of Arkansas; a sister Cynthia Ray and husband Charles of Arkansas; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and his pet Chihuahua, Landry. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until a service at Noon Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Rev. Monsignor Jerome Duesman will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.
