JEAN GREGORY, age 85, a resident of Irving for the past 64 years, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at her home. Born January 28, 1927 in Leonard, Texas, she was the daughter of Emmett Stanley and Ethel Yowell Stanley. She married Alvin Gregory February 11, 1946 in Leonard, Texas. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She loved taking care of her family. Preceded in death by her parents and a brother Jack Stanley, she is survived by her husband Alvin Gregory; daughters Patricia Raspante and husband Don of Irving and Karen Roberds and husband Ronnie of Natural Dam, Arkansas; two grandsons, Jason Raspante of Irving and Christopher Raspante of Nashville, TN. The family will receive friends at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home, 606 W. Airport Freeway at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday until the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Keith Luttrell will officiate. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
