Jaynell L. Tarvin, 69, of Irving, died Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Baylor, Scott, and White Medical Center in Irving. Born January 6, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Jay Love and Idaliah Owen Love. She worked in office administration for an oil recycling operation. A former New Hope Singer and former member of the Red Hat Club, she was a long-time member of Village Baptist Church in Irving. Preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jay Love, Jr., she is survived by a daughter Tammi McCord and husband Lee of North Jackson, Ohio; a son Terry Wayne Tarvin, Jr. of Irving; a brother Sonny Love; and two grandchildren, Skylar Tarvin and Samantha McCord. A memorial service is planned for 6:00 p.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Village Baptist Church, 224 East Grauwyler in Irving. SERVICES
