Janice Marie Davis, beautiful and loving mother, grandmother and true friend to many passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. She was born the second child to William Howard Huffman and Edna Louise Reed on January 26, 1955. Jan worked several jobs assisting sales at Darr Equipment (later Holt), Mario Sinicola and Bobcat of Dallas but her primary role was caring for her family and friends. Jan will be remembered by many for her compassion and love for others by spending weekends with her two granddaughters, living with and caring for her aunt, raising her daughter to be strong and smart in her image and having fun with friends and family. Jan was preceded in death by her father and mother and is survived by her daughter, Kelly Marie Lewis and granddaughters, Allie Marie and Ava Simone of Dallas, Texas; her sister, Debbie Fetter of Irving, Texas; her brother, Russell Huffman of Houston, Texas; her nephew, Aaron Fetter of Lewisville, Texas; her aunt, Vera Lois Baker of Mesquite, Texas; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. Her graceful spirit and cheerful personality will be missed very much by all those who loved her. The funeral will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Chapel.
