JANE HOOE, age 77, a resident of Irving for 43 years, died Thursday, July 21, 2011. Born March 11, 1934 in Wiltshire, England, she was the daughter of William Francis and Olive Russell Francis. On July 26, 1955, she married Clarence Hooe in Dallas. Jane was a secretary for Dr. Robert B. Giles, Jr. and Dr. Scott Zashin. She was a member of St. John The Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Euless. Survivors include her husband, Clarence; daughter, Mara Harlow of Houston; and daughter, Janee Trasler and husband John of Grapevine. The family will receive friends at the vigil to be held at 7:00 p.m., Sunday at Donnellys Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 25 at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 303 Cullum Drive, Euless, Texas 76040, with Father Basil Zebrun officiating. Burial service 1:00 p.m., Monday at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Lane B. Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels.
