JAMES JIM OGDEN, age 81, a resident of Irving for 40 years, died Thursday, May 16, 2013 at home. Born April 3, 1932 in Terre Haute, Indiana, he was the son of Samuel L. Ogden and Margaret Kern Ogden. Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Ogden and son, John Ogden. Survivors include his daughters, Mary L. Dinou of Irving and Jane Barkley of Flower Mound; grandchildren, John Dinou, Laura Dinou, Brandon Barkley; and sister, Peg Ogden of Indiana. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 18 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 East Irving Blvd in Irving. Deacon Ron Morgan will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
